Welcome to the recipes section! As a Mum, I want to lead by example and instill good values for my child by living a happy, healthy lifestyle. I do this by choosing live, natural, wholesome foods and incorporating regular (fun) exercise and daily meditation.

In preparation for the time when Taio will be able to eat my cooking, I have begun practicing and am starting to become quite the dabbler of cooking and baking! Taio will soon be starting on solid foods (at ~6 months) so it won’t be long before he’s having what we are eating at meals and snack times.

In the meantime, I will start compiling a recipe section for my own resource; and also to share with others interested in trying new and healthy foods.
